Who handles your data

Breva, a one-person digital studio based in Lugano (Ticino, Switzerland). For any question about your data, write to ciao@brevadesign.ch.

What I collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: name, email, business name (optional), what you need, and your message. I also store the language of the page and the date and time you sent it.

What it is for

Only to reply to you and handle your request. I don’t sign you up to newsletters, I don’t do marketing, and I don’t sell or share your data with anyone.

Where it is stored

Your request is saved in a Notion database (Notion Labs, Inc.). The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Both providers may process data outside Switzerland, for example in the United States, under their own terms and contractual safeguards.

The hosting provider may technically log your IP address in its access logs, as with any website.

How long

I keep your request as long as it is needed to reply and manage any collaboration. If nothing comes of it, I delete it within 12 months.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Only your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser, and it stays on your device.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to ciao@brevadesign.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
